ELLIOT HAYES: EXECUTIVE VP, CORPORATE STRATEGY
Elliot, a deeply experienced finance/investment professional and Indiana native, began his career as a credit analyst in the Media & Telecom group at Chemical Bank/Securities (now JP Morgan Chase). From there, he has spent nearly 20 years as an investment professional with stops at AIG Global Investment Group, PineBridge Investments and S.A.E.D.F. (Johannesburg).
Throughout his career, Elliot has been involved with various companies in the Media & Entertainment sectors, driven value creation at innovative growth companies, and worked across numerous geographies. Elliot earned his B.S. in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

WILLIAM ADAMS: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF EUROPE & ASIA
Will is a senior executive with over 19 years experience in financial markets and over 10 years developing and structuring investment portfolios. He has vast experience in designing systematic trading strategies and preparing risk management protocols, while creating process efficiencies and establishing strategic relationships. Will is a proven leader of product design, development and marketing teams and has excelled in developing model and strategy for corporate expansion domestically and internationally.
Will has contributed regularly to CNBC, Bloomberg, First Business Morning New Extra, and CNN Money. He has also served as guest lecturer or panelist for numerous events related to alternative investment strategies and commodity futures. Will has also succeeded at managing operations and organizations for various industries delivering long-term competitive advantages by building capabilities, creating process efficiencies and establishing strategic relationships. Will is based in Zurich, where he heads up ClearTV’s business development efforts in these two important markets.
MICHAEL PETIT: VP, CONTROLLER
Mike brings over twelve years of accounting experience to ClearTV. Most recently he held the Controller position with a well-respected provider of merchant services. He has extensive experience within the e-merchant and online payments industries. A graduate of Washington State University, he remains a loyal alum.
ALAN ROGERS: VICE PRESIDENT, NETWORK OPERATIONS
Alan comes to ClearTV Media with over 24 years of experience in developing and managing IT infrastructures. After his initial IT career based in financial processing data centers, Alan began his own consulting company in Minnesota which led him to Arizona.
IBM recruited Alan and placed him among the web hosting team at American Express where he soon became a Transition Engineer and went on to plan and execute the Ameriprise separation. Alan has implemented several datacenter migrations for small and large businesses and has built robust and reliable platforms for lifespans measured by several years
NORMAN OLSHANSKY: VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS
Before joining Clear TV, Norman enjoyed a long and storied career spanning 45 years in various aspects in the worlds of securities and commerce. Beginning in Canada, ultimately migrating to the United States in 1987, Norman has, as a merchant banking specialist, participated in corporate financings that total into the hundreds of millions for a diverse universe of companies.
Norman’s experience in securities, public markets, and finance extends to markets across Europe, China and Korea. Norman attended McGill University and Sir George Williams University where he studied Registered Industrial Accounting. Having completed all the securities courses in Canada, Norman worked in senior management positions for regional and national brokerage firms until 1982, managing over $150 million in client assets.
After coming to the United States, Norman extended his efforts at obtaining funding and investment banking sponsorship for companies, and ultimately founded Granite Group Inc. and Granite Enterprises US Inc., both Florida corporations, where he served as chief executive, providing lead advisory services over a number of varied mergers and acquisition transactions, often linked with significant capital raises. For ClearTV, Norman heads investor and public relations efforts, including managing external IR firms and roadshow activities in all of ClearTV’s markets.
HENRY MAURISS: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Mauriss serves as the Chairman of the Board and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (CEO). As Chairman and CEO, Mauriss stewards the company's diverse media platforms - directing the strategy for monetizing premium content in the Away-From-Home TV Broadcasting space as well as throughout the digital ecosystem. His commitment to developing highly sought after television platforms has secured top-tier programming partnerships with major television and cable broadcasters.
He has more than 25 years in consumer marketing and branding from the media, credit card and consumer finance industries, including substantial experience in structured finance, having executed a number of credit card-related asset-backed securitizations and whole-loan sale transactions. Mr. Mauriss has operations experience, developing businesses from formation to sale. In addition to founding ClearTV, he serves as CEO of the US based operating subsidiary, ClearTV Media USA, Inc. Mr. Mauriss founded and operated (as chief executive) Credit America Corporation (1998-2010), a MasterCard credit card platform specializing in balance transfer programs aimed at restoring “once prime” consumers to the credit markets.
In managing Credit America, Mr. Mauriss built the business to include call centers for marketing, card application processing and recoveries, employing over 300. Mr. Mauriss founded, acquired and managed debt collection firms and has participated in the purchase, conversion and resale of over $7 billion in receivables through portfolio trades while operating Credit America, with Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank (now Chase), Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC), Citibank, Bank of New York, Household Credit Services, and American Express.
DAVID GOLDSTEIN: VICE PRESIDENT, NATIONAL ADVERTISING SALES
David came to ClearTV Media with over 25 years of experience in creating and executing media and marketing campaigns with senior-level clients and agency decision makers. After graduating from Northwestern State University, David began working at CBS in Program Development for game shows, soap operas, primetime and special events.
After CBS, he headed up various divisions for MGM/UA and Walt Disney Pictures and Television, and then formed Shoebox Entertainment, which specialized in product placement for independent films and celebrity-driven events for Fortune 500 companies. David has helped build and relaunch several successful start-ups by bringing new adverting solutions to leaders from Entertainment, Automotive, Technology, Travel, and Financial and has utilized over 35 media platforms to successfully lead teams in the Traditional, Digital and DOOH space.
CHRISTOPHER HAMBRIGHT: VICE PRESIDENT, BROADCASTING & PRODUCTION
Christopher brings over 20 years of experience to ClearTV Media, both in digital streaming media technologies as well as marketing and business development disciplines. A graduate of Delaware State University, Christopher started his career with AmeriStar Technologies.
In 2000, Christopher re-located to Phoenix Arizona to join Partners Resource Management as a Business Development & Marketing consultant to start-up tech firms. In 2008 Christopher formed Orchestrate Media, a Phoenix based marketing firm specializing in digital media production and delivery methodologies (Social Media) for businesses. Clients such as Discovery Channel, Dream Team Productions and First American Title have all utilized Orchestrate Media’s services.
Christopher joined ClearTV Media to assist in the build-up and roll out of the ClearVision airport television network, and later ascended to his current position as Vice President of Broadcast & Production Operations.
KENT ROBERTS: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Roberts is a director and founder of Friendly Hills Bank in La Habra, California. He was previously in the real estate business from (1996-2000) as a part of Roberts Realty in La Habra, California. Mr. Roberts specialized in income properties and the development and management of limited partnerships established for real estate investments. As a general partner for these entities,
Mr. Roberts oversaw land acquisition, construction, financing, management, sales and financial management on projects which included commercial property, industrial property, hotels and several community redevelopment sites. Since 1989, Kent and his wife, Dorothy Roberts, have owned and operated Ballard & Tighe Publishers, a company specializing in testing and instructional programs for English language learners. Mr. Roberts has held a variety of directorships over the years, including Educational IDEAS, Inc. and Founders National Bank, and served from 1981-1986 on the La Habra City Council.
He enjoys substantive work in the non-profit, as past president of La Habra Chamber of Commerce, (and present board member of) Boys & Girls Clubs of La Habra, and Friends of the Children’s Museum, the Community Resource Care Center, and the Landmark Development Company. Mr. Roberts is working on the development of new products for ClearTV, particularly the Apps4U platform.
JONNA BIRGANS: EXECUTIVE VP, PROGRAMMING STRATEGY
Jonna, a long time entertainment veteran and a Finnish native, started her career in Entertainment in the world of music videos shortly after moving to Los Angeles after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from CUNY. She soon landed at MTV after which her passion for television landed her a television series development deal at USA Networks followed by a development deal at Gameshow Network for a reality show she co-created.
Since 2005, Jonna has worked in the rapidly growing industry of digital out-of-home media in Vice President level roles in Programming Development and Strategy. Prior to joining ClearTV, where she heads the network’s Programming Strategy, Jonna has been in charge of programming, original content and production for such highly visible DOOH networks as Best Buy and Circuit City, Taco Bell and Mc Donald’s.
